Yet another amazing Heat at BurySOUND 2025 where the acts competing to get to the final are all fantastic! A difficult decision for the judges to make as there could only be one winner:
Winner of Heat Three: The Dutch House
The Dutch House impressed the judges with their cool art rock vibe with tight musicianship. The guitar riffs and melodies were delightful and the tracks were well structured and very listenable.
The artists in Heat three were:
The 07s – with their indie rock energy they got the crowd going from the start with their thumping tracks and fun crowd work.
Splinters – full to the brim with heavy rock vibes including scream singing in tune. Their chaotic energy pumped up everyone in the room.
Lava Pigeon – fantastic post punk girl band with high angst energy and a cracking lead guitarist. A solid set even though they were missing a band member.
Jorts – with an absent singer the lead guitarist took over the role and with a decent voice, some great tracks they kept the energy in the room high.
The headlining act, keeping the crowd entertained while the judges deliberated were Femme Dé with their French punk rock vigour that had the crowd wanting more.
